Refund policy


Home Boss offers a 15 days return or exchange policy for defective or faulty products. The 15 days will commence from the date the parcel has been delivered to your address. After the 15 days, you will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. (Note: Damages due to tampering of product or accidental damage will not be covered for returns, exchange or refund.)

If you have received missing items in your packaging or received incorrect items, you must report to us immediately within 3 days. (Note: If such issues are not reported within 3 days from delivery date, no compensation will be granted.) 

All refunds and exchanges will require the product(s) to be returned to our warehouse to be inspected. The product(s) must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage / packaging bag or box and how that it arrives in. Original package,  labels and product contents should all be included/ intact, in its original condition, in order to claim the refund. 

If you need to report or return your product please email our team at with your order name and number and product photographs of the issue, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return issue order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system. Upon reviewing your eligibility for returns, you will be required to mail it back to our warehouse with the pre-paid return label. Home Boss does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return which will be deducted from purchase price. Our professional team will inspect your returned product before approving for refunds or exchange. Once you start the return process, you’ll have 14 days to complete the return. After the 14 days if we have not received your return product, your application will be void.

Note: Refunds are only applicable for reasons due to logistic errors such as receiving the incorrect item or wrong size that does not match the order you have placed.

Note: Exchanges for a brand new product are applicable for reasons due to damaged product during shipping, defective faulty product, missing item in your packaging when it arrived. We will replace your product. Alternatively, we might also offer a full refund / partial refund or a complimentary shopping voucher. The above alternative options are subjected to the type of product purchased.

If you have any issues regarding your order, please email our team at with your order name and number and product photographs of the issue, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product. Please do not send the package back to the manufacturer.


Home Boss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
