HOW SHIPPING WORKS?
We use standard shipping for most of our deliveries. Most of our products ship from internationally from overseas warehouse. You can expect your parcel within 18-20 business days from when it leaves our overseas warehouse. We would require some preparation time for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall delivery time.
When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please do not be stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a few days to update. If you have not received your parcel after 25 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check directly with our courier and reply you promptly within 2 to 3 days.
If you have a multi-items in a single order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. You may receive the various items on different days. So please be patient if the other items have not reached your doorstep. We do our best to ship to you the fastest possible timeframe from our various warehouses based on your choice of shipping method.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping. It is a trackable shipping method. Standard shipping will take about 18-20 business days (or could be even earlier) to deliver to your doorstep. Take advantage of the FREE Trackable Shipping to add more items to cart. Product weight and size does not matter. You rarely get such an opportunity shopping online.
If you are unable to wait more than 15 business days, you may want to opt for Express shipping. Express Shipping will take about 10-15 business days to deliver to your doorstep, shipped from our overseas warehouse. It is a trackable shipping method too.
Note: Delivery times may increase due to unexpected delays caused by factors such as poor traffic condition, weather conditions, customs issue, spike in shipment delivery volumes, shortage of manpower due to pandemic. We hope you would understand and wait patiently for your parcel to reach you.
If you accidentally paid for the wrong product, size or colour you can make changes within 24 hours after the payment has been processed. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com to amend your order. Otherwise, we will proceed with the order processing. Once the package has left the warehouse (after 24 hours), unfortunately you will not be able to make changes to your order.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to our warehouse, it is typically due to incorrect address or information. Your package will be returned and “Returned To Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information and the carrier is unable to deliver your package. Every order has its tracking number. If you have issues with tracking your order status, please do not hesitate to contact us for an update. We will do our best to fix the tracking system and update you on the shipping status.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information / details. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are crucial to ensuring delivery.
Home Boss does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for shipped orders with the incorrect address or information provided upon placing the order. Please cancel your order or contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours to amend your order address and information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Home Boss offers a 15 days return or exchange policy. The 15 days will commence from the date the parcel has been delivered to your address. After the 15 days, you will not be eligible for return or exchange for a new product. (Note: Damages due to tampering of product or accidental damage will not be covered for returns, exchange or refunds.) Refund is not applicable for reasons due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
You must return the Goods to our overseas warehouse (at your own risk and cost) within 15 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel / exchange by returning them to the our overseas distribution center, along with the delivery note as proof of purchase. We will not be responsible for any costs associated with returning the Goods to us. Contact us and we will provide you with the respective warehouse address to return to.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your parcel. It shall be tracked from the date it has been marked as delivered. (Note: If such damages are not reported within 3 days from delivered date, no compensation will be granted.)
The Goods must be in an unused condition and returned along with the original packaging. Original package, labels and product contents should all be included/ intact, in its original condition, in order to claim the full refund or exchange.
We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price together with the 'Delivery Charge' paid after inspecting the returned Goods. Please note though that if you want to return only some items but keep the rest of your order, you may not be entitled to a refund of the 'Delivery Charge' (Subject to the weight of the shipped Goods).
You must take care of the products before you return them to us. Our professional team will inspect your returned product before approving for refunds or exchange. We may reduce the amount of refund if you use them, damage them or otherwise do something beyond what is reasonably necessary to reduce its resale value.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return issue order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system. Once you start the return process, you will have 30 days to complete the return. After the 30 days if we have not received your return product, your application will be void.
Please email our team at email@example.com with your order name and number and product photographs of the issue, as well as the reason why you would like to return or exchange your product.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Home Boss is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
